I actually know exactly the answer to that question. It is said very simply by my elders. TIME AS WE KNOW IT WILL CHANGE.
The key to this message are the two elements: Time and As We Know It. It is general in the sense it will "happen" to all of us and completely personal in that it will affect us all differently. That is because each of us perceives Time differently. And we perceive time differently in differrent circumstances. Remember Einstein talking about the time you spend with a tax collector and the time you spend with a beautiful girl.
If you want a taste of how it might affect you personally:
Write down the five things you know about time - things that you absolutly know are true and/or behave as though they were true. Do this before you read on.
Here are some of mine:
I can save time
I hate it when people waste my time
My time is limited
I can manage my time usefully
Some time is mine and some I have obligated to other people
This is just a snapshot of how time seems to me right now. It is something to be managed, used wisely and not wasted. Sometimes it is mine and sometimes it belongs to other people. And it is in limited supply.
However, what if time were freely flowing, always used perfectly and could never ever be wasted? What if time didn't belong to me OR to others? And what if time, in every present moment, was infinite??????
That would change my reality significantly, wouldn't it?
And I know yours has changed just by considering these questions. Just how differently would we behave if TIME were different? I am vitally interested in exploring this question - both in words and in experience.
